WHICH METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment via all major credit and debit card through PayPal as well as PayNow for local orders.
Our team are incredibly conscientious but occasionally mistakes do happen. If an item is missing (and you weren’t made aware of a stock shortage) or you’ve received something other than you were expecting, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days of receiving the item(s); attaching photographs if relevant. We regret to inform that we will be unable to entertain any item discrepancy should we receive notice after the stated period.
Please note that Japalangstore will process all orders accordingly to the details provided by the customers. If you realised that you have provided insufficient details or wrong information, please kindly give us a call immediately at +65 64552766. We regret that no changes can be made if we process and mail out your orders before your notice after that. Parcels with inaccurate information will be returned to us by Singpost/our courier provider. Once we have received the return parcel, we will drop affected customers an email on the actions required moving forward in order for us to re-process your orders again. Postage top up will be required and there will no refunds allowed should the mistake be made from customers’ end and Japalangstore reserve the right to hold the parcel until we have received relevant updates from the customer to re-mail out your order.

With minimally 100 points in your system, you will be able to deduct minimally $1 off your order. Redeeming of points is also not applicable with any other discount codes offered at the time of redemption.

219 points = $2.19 off
All earned points will expire 6 months from the time of purchase.
